I slept pretty well for the first 4 or 5 nights of using this product. It definitely reduced over-active thinking at night. After those first few days, it seemed to stop working, and my old pattern of insomnia returned (waking around 4 am and unable to get back to sleep). So I stopped taking this, and then tried again a week later, also with mixed results. Worked well for 2 nights and not on the third night. I also experimented with the dose, between half a gummy to 1.5 gummies. So maybe this is better for occasional use, rather than every night? That has been my experience so far.
