A small group of Congressmen used a must-pass spending bill to slip in a nationwide hemp ban.

This was done without proper debate or voting, and against the will of millions of Americans who rely on these products.

Why does this ban matter to our community?

The ban effectively limits consumable hemp products to 0.4 mg THC per container. This would effectively make all hemp products, including CBD, illegal.

The vast majority of CBD products contain trace amounts of THC above this limit. Full spectrum extract, which BATCH uses, naturally contains trace amounts of THC above this container limit. We choose full-spectrum extract because using all cannabinoids together creates an entourage effect that delivers a more balanced result than CBD alone.
