Shipping policy

 

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 and subscription orders. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. The delivery timeframe is typically 3-7 business days. Parcels may be delayed at any time without notice. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone regarding the status of the order.

If for some reason a wrong address was given or written at the time of check-out on our site, we reserve the right to not re-ship your order or replace it. We reserve the right at any time to terminate a shipment, payment, should certain circumstances occur.
