Consolidate Your Subscriptions
Welcome to our series about all things Gold Membership. In this post, we'll walk you through how to manage your subscription, as well as tips and tricks to make the most of our new portal.
First, log in to your subscription on our website by clicking the button in the upper left called “account”.
This will allow you to access your account through a passwordless login.
2. Use A Your Time Code
Get your passwordless, 4-digit, log-in code via e-mail.
Can't find your code? Check your spam or junk folders. The e-mail with your one-time code should be sent from this address: email@example.com
3. Consolidate by adding products
From here, feel free to skip, pause, reactivate, cancel, or any other action you wish to take.
Once inside our new subscription portal, you will be able to manually select your subscription dates and deliveries, and customize them as you wish.
4. Save Your Subscription
Be sure to save your subscription. Refresh the page to ensure your orders have been successfully consolidated.
5. Cancel Your 2nd Subscription
Cancel the second subscription you already had.
6. Your subscription orders have successfully been consolidated!
Phew, you finished what you started! Now you can rest easy knowing your subscriptions have been consolidated, and you will be receiving your orders on the same date.
