Trying to figure out how to use the samples. I went to your website and there are very little or no explanations on what to use the tincture, different gummies and soft gels. Is one type of gummy for sleep and the other for energy? What do you use the soft gels for? Do you use the tincture for relaxation or for another purpose?

I bought the pack as I am new to using CBD. I have used the softgels, the gummies and the Fire and Ice. I did test the tincture with a drop to my tongue. It was a bit bitter so I will pass on using it for now. However, I love the softgels and gummies and will order them in the future. The Fire and Ice I have used for several months and love how it soothes pain in my feet and knee. The softgels and gummies I took before bed and slept through the night with no after effects in the morning. I do wish there was better guidance on dosage and frequency of use and if we can use multiple products at the same time.

First, the order was not complete. So my need to identify which product works well for me is not going to happen. I tried 1 of two items and think I need more to really tell. So I'm hoping the rst of order shows up so I can find which one works for me.
